Who
are the Bodies of Official Recognition and Accreditation?
The
Matrix core programme has been validated by
the United Kingdom Association of Psychotherapeutic Counselling UKAPC. Matrix graduates therefore are automatically eligible for registration as a UKAPC Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, on completion of training.

The British Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy (BACP) is the largest body for
the individual accreditation of counsellors
and psychotherapists. All our students are required
to become student members of BACP as soon as
they start working with clients, and to subscribe
to their code of ethics.

Most
of our graduates work towards accreditation
with BACP by the individual method, and Matrix
gives help on how to do this.
Both
these professional bodies are well respected
in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy
and have codes of practice and regulation of
their members.
•
Matrix is an organisational member of UKAPC
and is regulated by them and inspected every
five years.
•
The training standards of UKAPC and Middlesex
University are very high, and ensure that you
receive the very best quality of professional
training that you deserve.
•
Matrix has built an excellent reputation in
East Anglia for its quality training and the
care and skill provided by its team of tutors.
